I ordered 44 items in Oct 2022 from Myntra worth Rs. 56,150 but received only 42 items. Below two things were not delivered.
1. Nike Solid Medium Support Lightly Padded SWSH ZIP-FRONT Dri-FIT Training Bra DD0437-010 – Rs. 2273 (Didn’t receive), HSN number : 62121000,The order number is : 1217091-7488113-0886401
2. Nike Women Blue Melange Solid Regular Fit Mid-Rise Dri-Fit Tempo Running Shorts – Rs. 1190 (Didn’t receive), HSN number : 62046300, The order number is : 1217091-7488113-0886401
The above two items showed delivered on 12th Oct 2022 on their website. I waited a week and called Myntra to complain.
I raised a complaint to Myntra on 21st Oct 2022 and they requested 7 days time for investigation. Despite my repeated follow-ups they never provided a resolution on call and
finally closed all the tickets that I raised saying they were unable to refund the amount. I requested to send the order or refund the amount. But they were unable to do so.
I requested them to show me the delivery proof and they say that they don’t have the delivery proof.
Myntra customer service is pathetic I had to call them 100 times for this issue and they never provide a resolution on call instead they close the tickets saying they are
unable to refund the amount. The below tickets were created and they closed the tickets without resolution.
