My nykaa parcel was supposed to arrive 3 days ago. Xpressbees are wantedly delaying the delivery since 3 days. The package is in the nearest hub, still they don’t feel the need to deliver my package. Customer service is worst. No body picks the calls. I called over 100 times. Requested for callback from customer care. Still didn’t get a single call from those fraudsters. Worst and pathetic courier service.
