Myself Shilpi Ghosh Moulick . I booked a package by DTDC courier on 27th May 2023 from Durgapur( West Bengal) to Bangalore ( Karnataka)
vide tracking no- D29485780. It was a food package for a Critical Cancer patient.
On 9th of June 2023 ( Friday) the package was not been delivered and after query I came to know that it will be delivered on
12th of June 2023 ( Monday). At the evening on 12th June the status was showing sucessfully delivered whereas the item was
not been delivered.
DTDC, being such a huge and trusted Courier company it was quite shameful that the staffs of the company is telling lies to it’s
customers. I raise a complaint twice. First on 12th of June bearing complain no 8055608 ( which was closed without any information )
and on 13th of June bearing complain no 7986655. Till today on 15th of June no response from Dtdc side. I spoke with customer service
many times but still no result and also agreed that the delivery status was fake.
I am demanding the full compensation for the lost package including courier charges.
Please look into this matter on urgent basis and do the needful at your earliest.
