I had booked a parcel (alphonso mangoes) dated May 22, 2023, through the DTDC app to Amravati from Mumbai against docket No.F30853396. The parcel was laying with DTDC for 2 days (from May 22nd, 2023, to May 25th, 2023). When I asked about it with customer care, they said we would forward your complaint to the concern team. Thereafter, a DTDC person phoned me on May 25, 2023, in the evening and said we were returning your parcel, which I denied. Then they re-booked the parcel and dispatched the courier. Today is May 31, 2023, and the status is showing FDM Prepared. It’s been 8 plus days for the delivery within Maharashtra.
The parcel was filled with mangoes, which is why I had booked the express delivery option, but I did not know that express delivery means ‘9 days for delivery’.
I want the compensation for the parcel along with the booking amount. Its pathetic services by DTDC They are making false commitments and cheating with customers.
