I recharged my Airtel Sim card (Mobile) main account under Plan Rs.100/- which does not have any validity. But they put under some plan known to them only with a validity of 28 Days. I have talked to their customer care specialists and their senior supervisors at 121 and 198 but they have not yet corrected it (since March 24, 2021).
I have sent mails to even their MD and Nodal Officer but their is no action as if it is their right to do wrong things.
