I had a booking in oyo collection O 82049 hotel royal for date 27/05/2022-28/05/2022 . First of all the hotel was fake it was named gera heights. Secondly he denied rhe booking through oyo and said he won’t check in at this point and go resolve with oyo. My booking was made for 533 . but the receptionist asked for 1500 for the room and said thats what he can do and charged 1300 foe the same room. He told me wo call oyo where they are asking to go for need help automatic robot help and the robot help is asking to call which is a true scam and and it is a scam played by both oyo ana fake hotels supporting each other. The best part is he checked in the same room ans oyo shows checked in . Feels totally cheated .
