I’d booked a hotel, but when I reached the premises, the electricity phase was out and I was asked to find another hotel. The OYO customer care assisted me in finding the nearest hotel and asked me to pay 2100 /- extra and assured that this amount will be refunded within 10-15 days. I also have a written confirmation from them via their official email ID and also have the phone recording. PLEASE have them refund me my money, as this breaks trust and is a very unfair and unjust practice.
