I made a booking through OYO rooms in OYO 66623 Corniche Hotel Vizag on 16th Jan 2021. The booking went through and payment was done but then the booking was not done in hotel. I raised a ticket for refund. Ticket ID is 1429790307. I was told the refund will be done in 4-6 business days. But it has been 8 months now. Please do the needful for an early resolution.
