OYO Rooms: Worst Customer experience
On 21st Feb I made a booking with OYO rooms. I have made the online payment also. Now, when I reached the Hotel first hotel staff asked for my identity proof and then my girlfriend’s identity proof. I gave my Driving License and My girlfriend showed her Adhar Card to the staff. Now, Staff said to me that my name is not matching in the booking name. I showed him my booking on my mobile OYO app. But the Hotel manager was very rude and did not know how to talk properly. After all this Hotel manager did not give us the room. Now the surprising part is the moment i came out of the Hotel i saw in my OYO app it shows that i have already checked in. I complained about it to the OYO room support team but they were also not helping me instead they said they can not help me.
Finally, whoever is reading my message here. Please stay away from OYO room, they have all the cheap motels to offer and the worst customer experience.
P.S.: After this horrific experience, the first thing I did was unregister myself from the OYO app and delete the app from my mobile phone.
