I booked a room in oyo through MakeMyTrip website for 2 nights at rs.1492. When i reached the place they said the amount shown in website is wrong and i need to pay 1000rs extra to check in. I paid the amount and checked in. I talked with MakeMyTrip support regarding this dispute. They said while you check out get the invoice and share it we will reimburse the 1000rs. While checking out i asked for invoice, they said it will reach my mail but the invoice 2492rs was not generated. I called the oyo support 10 times they are unwilling to give me my invoice. Hotel guy is unwilling to give an invoice as well.
