I have booked an Oyo room in Mumbai yesterday, few hours later I got a call from Oyo customer number 0124 623 6710 mentioning room booking is not confirmed until the payment is made, have asked me to make a payment on
8969145196 claiming that this is the owner number and I have made payment and later when I reached hotel they mentioned that the payment is not received and that number does not belong to them. This is real unbelievable fraud.
Later I explained all these to OYO customer care however they are least bothered and have not done anything on this matter. This is serious threat to all customers using Oyo.
I am also going to make police complaint regrading this fraud.
Expect some action from your end.
