My booking I’d IS OF5C7018 ON OYO ROOMS. i had booked a room in secundrabad hotel Mohit gokul logde but they did not give any room to me.
I informed this to Oyo service agent.
But after that they did not give any room and Oyo rooms not gave me my refund till today. Service agent uses abuse to me and denied my refund.
