Its so disappointing to inform you that, I have suffered, harassed and feeling insulted from oyo service and support team. I have booked a room from oyo app and i have got all conformation regarding my booking. I reached the booked property at 10:00PM tonight and after reaching hotel, hotel reception said that we have short circuit and we don’t have any room for you.
I called your customer support plenty of times, I spoke with oyo guest support assistant named Deepak and Saurabh. Both of them request me to wait and assured for full assistance for that they transferred my call to their senior. Once I got connected with their senior also, he request me to put my call on hold for 2 minutes and make me wait till 30 minutes and then disconnected my call. I called several times again. But same has been repeated with me.
I didn’t expect such unprofessional and pathetic service. I am waiting for a accommodation till 1am from 9pm. But no one is helping me. They even denied for any refund to me.
