I had booked an oyo room through the oyo app at Rs.580/- in Capital o vazhakkala at ernakulam, Kerala on 24/04/2023. But at the time of check in on 26/04/2023 the receptionist woman told me that i have to pay 1000+taxes extra for room. So i was denied to check in. When i contacted oyo customer care, they told me to arrange another room for additional payment. When i asked the refund they told me that they would connect to their senior. But i waited for 10 to 20 minutes, there were
no reply. I called them 4 or 5 times, but the response was same.So Iam forced to rent another room in another lodge for Rs. 750/-.
