I have booked 4 rooms for 2 nights using Agoda for OYO 78578 Hotel Ocean View and paid Rs.9,704/- amount using credit Card. When we reached the hotel people said that they had an electricity issue they have not given us room and they said they have inforemd OYO about this issues still how come we get the booking. When we asked the amount as we are not checked in they said we get back our money refunded. Even we have not checked in it is showing that we checked in and we have not received any amount back. when we called agoda customer care. The oyo people are not ready to refund my amount. I request you to help me to get back my money refunded. The booking ID 753907037 using Agoda.
