I booked oyo rooms for 24 dec on 23 dec. Then i get the message that your booking is shifted yo another hotel ( that will be okay for me ). Then on 24 dec before check in, I received a message that your booking is shifted to another hotel due to anavoidable circumstances. And they does not give me check in to any hotel then they to cancel booking and call costomer care for refund. Now they are saying that you are not eligible for refund.
