Text of Complaint by Abishek Sharma:

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with a recent experience at an OYO property. On 6th of April, I had a confirmed booking at Hotel OYO Star, Pune. However, upon arrival at the hotel, I was denied check-in by the staff.

The staff told me to book the hotel at a higher price.
