I booked a room in 9371 hotel anmol ayorooms,zirakpur,punjab.
Room in photos was very good but in real it was horrible and very very dirty. Even there was used condoms in the room and no service,no towel,no clean drinking water. I left the room immideately after entering in that. The hotel manager took my phone and give rating to his own hotel. I left hotel urgently and went to another hotel.
One more thing about oyo rooms there is no window for complaint,every time there customer care is busy and no any other option on website.
