I have made a with booking id-BF614568. Booking is underprocess due to some pricing issues but the amount got deducted from my bank account.
I would like to initiate the refund for this transaction immediately. I have also tried reaching help on 9313931393 but no response is received because room is not booked but the amount is on hold.
