Hello Team,
I have booked hotel at Tripathi Booking ID LLUV3831 on 3rd april 2022 as per guidance by OYO customer care over phone and send me link to pay the amount using google pay.The room booking failed but amount got deducted from our gpay and it got credited to oyo acct, but the oyo customer care are refusing to accept it.
It is almost 10 days now trying to reach customer care no luck. I tried various methos to reach customer care no , however as soon as i say refund they disconnect the call , they don’t bother the customer who has already spent on booking hotel, their aim only booking and no service to customer. I sent mail too mybookings@oyorooms.com but till date no response. I don’t know any other option to claim the amount. Worst part is we are not able to contact anyone This is really pathetic service to customer . there is no chance of getting my amount refunded. Before make booking with OYO thick 100 times.
Please help me in getting my refund.
