Hello Team,
I have booked hotel at Tripathi Booking ID KNIK2446 on 15th Jan 2022 as per guidance by OYO customer care over phone and send me link to pay the amount using google pay. After making the payment i have checked the hotel details found there is no parking facility hance called again customer care and cancelled within 30min on same day 15th Jan 2022. I was told that refund will be paid to my account back. it is almost a month now trying to reach customer care no luck. I tried various methos to reach customer care no , there is no IVR option to talk to customer care hence i tired with booing option however as soon as i say refund they disconnect the call , they don’t bother the customer who has already spent on booking hotel, theie aim only booking and no service to customer. i sent mail too mybookings@oyorooms.com but response till date . i don’t any other option to claim the amount. Worst part is we are not able to contact anyone one and also my booking ID not showing in App and OYO Help assistant provided by OYO. this is really pathetic service to customer . there is no chance of getting my amount refunded. Before make booking with OYO thick 100 times
