I have made a booking on Oyo and paid beforehand. On day of checking in, they said that I had to pay an extra 500 rs for room upgrade. I have not opted for any room upgrade. I contacted customer support for 2 hours, they kept saying that we removed the extra charge, but it was still showing on app. I asked for refund they said sir please pay and we will refund the 500 upon checkout. Now after checkout they have blacklisted my number from customer support and the app isn’t letting me submit the complaint. They have scammed me of 500 rs and are refusing to take or address this complaint.
