Dear OYO Team,
This is hereby inform you that today I booked a 2 guest room at OYO Flagship 22201 Manmohan enclave at 4:45 pm and I paid online . When I reached there first they asked me I paid or not . When I told them that I paid online they told me that there are no rooms available. After that I told the receptionist that I have already paid the amount via online. The receptionist told me that he have to asked his owener once.After that he provide me a small single bed room.I told him that we are two people how can we manage that single small room.So he told me to cancel the booking .After the cancellation immediately I was booked another room booking id Q3GW1618 . After that I was calling to oyo customer care regarding refund the amount. But the executive wait me upto 30 minutes and after that there are no response from his side . So I request you please refund my money as soon as possible.
