I have stayed in oyo life at oyo chn 1028, saligramam pg. For 2mnths I have got a mail that my refund is initiated on 18-05-2021. But till now I didnot get my refund back. How long should I wait. They make me wait like hell everyday I call them. It is very frustating to wait for the money to get back. Money is around 8000rs. They donot resolve the issue and make.me wait like this. Anyone please help in gettingy refund back
