2831Rs refund is still pending on OYO Bookings Q98B8024 and QLZH0291. We have greatly suffered as we are unable to check in , after OYO confirmed booking and rooms are not available in the hotel. Even after raising complain, ‘sm.escalations@oyorooms.com’ contacted by saying will refund in 15 days, It’s been more than a two months now and Refund amount is not given.
