Refund of INR 2071 for the booking – Q98B8024 is still pending. We have greatly suffered as we are unable to check in , after OYO confirmed booking and rooms are not available in the hotel. Even after raising complain, ‘sm.escalations@oyorooms.com’ said , they have refunded , but said transaction is pending with bank , shared UTR Number. Amount still not credited into my account from 2 months.
