Text of Complaint by Poornima Mishra:

I had booked an oyo room in Nagpur. Reaching there the reception denied us check in saying that amount is too less for them to give a room. I called up the customer care of oyo and asked them to solve the matter. After standing in sun for 1 hour, oyo asked me to take the refund. It’s been 1 month and I haven’t received any refund even after repeated calls and emails. On calls they keep us on hold for 30 mins and after every call they say that now it will be received within a week. Total fraud.
