As I was returning from ranikhet we got stuck in the traffic and hence got really late.
We have reached Sitapur by 10 pm so I have booked an OYO over here.
An oyo was already booked in lucknow for which i selected pay at hotel but paid my amount earlier.

Now the whole amount of Rs.4640 is charged as cancellation fee though i didn’t made the check in
kindly refund my amount at the earliest.
Nominal fee can be deducted
