I booked a room on OYO helpline and paid 1138 rupees as instructed by customer care executive, my room was booked in hotel delight, mandavi, mumbai. I called the hotel and the person said I should pay again as they won’t accept online payment. Then I cancelled the booking immediately sensing fraud. I got a mail saying no refund.
