I had booked a room via oyo app. But on arriving to hotel, I was denied check in . They told me that already our rooms are full but oyo keeps on booking .. They said oyo has booked 13 more booking today, though we have infrom them that all rooms are Soldout , I thought it was a technical error by oyo. but when I did call oyo customer care, they did not pick my call for complaint. they only picked my call when I pressed key for new bookings. but the guy on other end tried to divert me . pretended not understand me , though it was a simple case of refund. He was rude in talking. one can clearly make out that the guy new, He was doing a fraud with consumer. I tried calling many time for 2hours . But everytime somone picked they would take my details and keep me on hold for 15mins and finally they would disconnect the call. I Never Got my Booking Amount Back. Plz everyone BEWARE …now Oyo is trying to make a big amount scam. By making Fake Bookings.
