I have made oyo room booking from 3 booking IDs costing me about 6000, but when I reached out to the hotel at Anekal they said I have to pay extra 3000 for my stay. I had argued for 30 mins with language and When I called about this to Oyo executive, they informed that due to system glitch price was showing less and oyo company will take the responsibility for refunding the extra amount paid.
I have tried calling the oyo team for more than 50 times since my stay, no one has initiated the refund.
I would like to file an compliant against such disrespectful treatment and cheating for my hard earned money. I would like the company to pay me an remuneration of 300000 for wasting my time and hurting my feelings for the fraudulent activity .
