Text of Complaint by DR. SARFARAZ HASAN:

My name is Dr. Sarfaraz Hasan. I had booked OYO HOTEL 85795 Hotel Expo View Noida for 13-17 October 2022. Before I go there, I sent one of my employees to stay there. They refused any booking and charged Rs.1500 from my employee for one night.
To my all surprise they showed me checked in-Checked out timely while I never gone there. I lodged the complaint at Customer Care, and they assured me full refund, but I received only Rs.1 as refund.
They have many different names for pseudo hotels and same pictures for many hotels. Its a total fraud company why government of India is not taming them?
