Oyo is saying that hotel is not validating the case even when i have given all necessary proof against my case. The hotel manager is also making false statement to oyo in term of my booking. After giving me the assurance of my refund will be done still the validation is not done and now saying that refund can not be possible.
The pathetic behaviour of oyo is unacceptable.
