Text of Complaint by Mohammed Saleem:

*Booking Id*: EKRK8173
*Check-in Date & Time*: 04 Nov, 12:00 PM onwards
*Checkout Date & Time*: 05 Nov till 11:00 AM
First at the booking time they took 10% but didn’t mention the advance payment also. The when We went to the hotel, the manager at the hotel said we don’t entertain OYO anymore. As they take the payment but don’t pay us. So i said we made a 10% payment as asked by OYO. Still he said no. So we asked a room, but he was charging at a high rate ,hence at that time i called up OYO and the lady at OYO spoke to the men at hotel. The manager gave me back the phone and she kept me on hold for longer. As it was Friday me and my guest were getting late for Friday prayer. So we left the hotel premises and booked another hotel for RS 2500/-. Then I spoke to OYO so i asked to return the money with my advance amount plus the penalty and difference amount I had to pay. He kept on saying Sorry Sorry.. So i ask you to look into the matter or if not resolved I would go to consumer court.
I waited for two days but nothing happened.. No responce from oyo yet.
They also take payment and dont mention in the payment slip which they send by email.
