I booked an Oyo hotel room but when I reached the hotel they refused saying that we don’t give room on prepaid booking & we did booking from oyo’s website & even paid ₹ 2027/- & I want my refund back anyhow & even when I called Oyo they were just telling us to wait or cut the call & didn’t respond & even the hotel in which we booked also told OYO many times to remove their hotel from its website then also they didn’t do the same and many cases like such frauds are there so I just want my refund back.
