Text of Complaint by SHAKUL GUPTA:

I have made a booking in OYO app on March 21, 2023, through Phonepay, the money has been debited but booking ID is not created. When requesting for refund the OYO team response is not valid. The amount of Rs. 4101 was debited from my account at 13:13 pm dtd. 21.03.2023. I checked with my bank and they confirmed that the amount is being credited through razorpay to OYO’s account linked through ICICI Bank.
The booking was made for 4th April check – in and 6th April check out for hotel OYO 4038 Winner INN, Amritsar.
Spoken to customer care they are saying they cannot resolve the complaint. We asked to let us speak to their senior they were saying our senior shall call you, but no body called up.
Now they are not refunding our money.
Proof of deduction of money is attached my bank account statement photo.
