Dear Sir/ Madam,
I booked hotel on Oyo platform, but due to location issue, I contacted customare care. they asked me to choose desire hotel and do another booking, the existing payment made, may receive after checkout . the refund mail attached for your reference. I paid 3038 rupee for first booking.
the second booking I paid 4769 for my stay 10 June 2023 to 15 June 2023.plus 2700 rupee cash at hotel room service & extra mattress .
However I called serval times to customer support for refund and they said that I should hang on the call that they are processing from their end call will continue till 20 minutes in music background & later will disconnect.this happened up to six times, there is no refund received or any other email confirmation received from Oyo support team.
kindly help me to check & let me know how do I proceed? to get my refund.
