I have booked oyo room for 2 adults and paid the bill onilne. Post paying the bill, the occupants count changed to 1 from 2 and hotel manager denied check-in. Called the oyo and they kept me on hold for more than 40 min just to connect the call and later they said that my booking has been modified to 3 occupants. And complained the same to oyo and it’s saying I have checked-in while property manager denied the check-in and oyo took conference to the property manager and even he denied that the check-in is not complete as it was showing only 1 occupant in he’s system. And oyo is denying the refund stating that the check-in has been done so asked me to wait till the check-out date. How can I take the risk of checking in on my name while I have never checked-in.
