This is in reference to your email requesting to stop airtel services for your airtel account number 20003412023.
Your request for cancellation of your airtel fixed line service is already registered with the reference number 10100942854. Your request will be actioned by within 3 days. Request you to note that rental will be seized from the date of registering your request i.e.,11-11-2022 .
Incoming, outgoing calls and internet services would be barred within 7 days of placing the request.
Further, the final bill will be generated on 09-12-2022 and will include the rental on a prorate basis along with usage charges.
There is an amount of Rs.2,392.29/- due on your account for the bill dated 19-11-2022.
Post final disconnection our team will approach you for CPE recovery. Hence, request you to please handover the router to our team.
