Text of Complaint by Soumya Ranjan Das:

I have booked for 7 people and prepaid through OYO at Spoton 78619 Grand Residency (Booking ID :- MS6H7812) on 07/08/2022. The check in dates were 27/10/2022 to 28/10/2022. When I reached the property the staff was demanding ID card for all the people. and was not allowing to check in as because we do not have hard copy of ID for 4 people. After talking for so long to the staff also he didn’t allowed. Finally I contacted OYO they also told to provide all 7 people id card to check in. Though we don’t have hardcopy hotel as well as oyo denied for check in.
Oyo also denied for refund also. But how can oyo denied for that as we have spent money and did not get service. Such a blunder company. At the time of booking confirmation mail they should mention like no refund for guest issue. But nothing mentioned like that
The booking was confirmed and this issue happened oyo didn’t even refunded the amount. I was completely tired because i was travelling for 12 hours. Because of this problem all my programs has been cancelled. Still I was trying to connect with the customer representative but there was no use. Kindly get me a refund of 2138/- .
Team OYO hated the service and in my life time i am not going to stay there and will recommend others not to. There is no proper customer service or you are not capable of resolving any issue. And when I cancelled the booking there where no contact. Here i have to tell the inconvenience coursed to me or express my feeling. It was not connecting to any staff. Because of such careless activity my whole day went wrong. This was a journey regarding my future now everything has been cancelled just because of such activities
