I and my husband booked a room via Oyo at hotel havelli inn jodhpur for two days for 5 and 6 feb. We are from Delhi.We arrived at hotel at 12 a. m. The room which we booked as they show at their site was beautiful. But when we reach there they provide ugly room which is totally different that we booked. On complaining they said we have only this room. We say them to stay a night nd check out next day. But they said we can not opt it for one day we must have for two days. During midnight we have to cancel the booking and go for search of other hotel. Does hotel have no responsibility to arrange pre booked room. After having so long journey we have to go here and there in search of another room.
