On 20th July, I have done booking in OYO (ID: C7PQ9576) for 3 days Thu, Jul 27, 2023 to Sun, Jul 30, 2023 at Super OYO Flagship Hotel Relax Inn, Shop No-5, Swarnim Sapphire, B/H.-H.P. Petrol Pump, K Road, New Vavo, Gandhinagar-382016-Gujarat, Gandhinagar. When I landed Gandhinagar, I received an sms that your booking shifted to Collection O15862 Hotel The Grand Krishna. When I reached there, the hotel owner told that they have not confirmed the booking to OYO and no rooms are available. I have called OYO customer care thrice and he talked to the hotel and agreed that rooms are not available. I have the recording of this conversation as well. OYO told that the booking will be cancelled and full refund will be sent. That I have called OYO three times and each time custiomer care told it will be camncelled. Now I have got the email that your refund amount is 0. Please refund the full amount.
