Text of Complaint by Neyaz Ahmad:

Oyo Fraud with customers. I have booked oyo rooms in Patna(Hotel SVR Hotels& Banquet) for 29th Oct 19. Also paid in advance full amount by cradit card. After my payment, when I reached on hotel for check in, they again asked for extra dubble charges. I said no for extra over pay then they cencilled my booking from oyo side. Even hotel person mis-behaved and said Oyo is responsible for this cheatings. I was on the road 3hrs with my all family and relatives. There was a family function in my relation, so I had book 6 rooms for 18 adults and 6kids on Oyo App. Now, Oyo said to refunding my amount said, will be cradited in 14days in your account, but me and all 18 people harassed by Oyo for complete 3hrs, on this point Oyo nothing said. Now from today onwards, I am not going to use Oyo and trying to say, close this type of Fraud company and want to save people from this cheater company.
