I booked an Oyo room with booking I’d:ER7M9829. Upfront price after applying coupon they showed 848(screenshot attached). But after making the payment through Simpl, they again gave me a charge of INR 212, saying that my booking is not confirmed, to confirm I have to pay the extra amount. When I asked for cancellation since the booking is not confirmed, they bluntly denied it. I had no other option than to pay the remaining amount. Is this upfront cheating and fraud by Oyo.
