The incident took place in the early morning of Nov 19, 2020. We tried booking the Oyo room for the stay and called OYO, and our main preference is car parking and Oyo representative Mr. Pradeep did the booking from oyo and assured that car parking is available at Hotel Capital 41370 SPOT ON and asked us to do the payment first through PHONE PE with Transaction ID: T2011190258374223627773 and once after reaching the hotel the hotel management said that there is no parking facility and asked us to park the car on the road and saying it as parking . The hotel management is very rude , We didn’t check in to the hotel and again on contacting OYO , promised that they will refund the paid amount of 780 but till date there is no kind of refund .
It occurred on: 19/11/2020
We request OYO to give the refund as we didn’t check in to the hotel and also request never to fool the customer as we were done.
Please arrange the refund at the earliest ,if any quieres i have all the call recordings and OYO can also check the CCTV visuals at the Hotel Capital 41370 on Nov 19, 2020 Early morning around 1 to 4 a.m.
Also attaching the invoice of other hotel booking on same day as a proof that we didn’t check in to OYO booking as there is no parking facility as promised by OYO
