Text of Complaint by Rashmi Dhange:

I was booked room in a oyo. at the time of check in at the property they are not ready to give us a room as per the room rent showed on the app. So I have booked another room from MMT but after booking n payment of property it shows different destinations far from my location and after that I found this property is also from OYO. Because of different locations which is far away from my destination I have cancelled my booking WITHING 10 MIN but NOT MMT NOR OYO is taking responsibility OF REFUNDING OF MY PAYMENT.
