I have booked OYO rooms several times in past few months with advance booking and payment. But, every time the hotel staff denied entry despite paying to OYO rooms online. I tried contacting to OYO customer care dozen of time. The customer team is reluctant to provide refund or resolution each time. Thousands of customers are getting duped in this way from OYO rooms. They have very unethical business practice and looting crores from customer illegally.
