Text of Complaint by Jaideep Jain:

I have applied for ownership change request twice as per below request nos. But no response yet from airtel. I have escalated the complain to nodal officer as well as airtel enterprises but surprised that yet no response from any end. Still ownership have not been changed .
My 1st request No 21-3424445236743 dated 3rd Oct,20 in airtel store, Indirapuram Ghaziabad – Request cancelled from your end on 5th without any fault and address verification
My 2nd request No-21-3455599955327 dated 23rd Oct,20 in airtel store, Indirapuram Ghaziabad , contact agent- Ms. Monika Joshi ( 9667218111)
Received Call from Airtel for address verification on 25th Oct,20 at 10.46 AM : Some Airtel verification female employee contact No 9311472806 ( Forget her name) who called me and confirmed my address and communicated that person will visit my residence for address verification.
But no physical address  verification have been done yet. I have floated mail to nodal officer and got reply with some queries which furnished yet no action received.
As my previous company already cleared all dues and provided NOC twice and communicated airtel as well as me that they will not pay next bill . Also, my all the important accounts and Govt. id etc are linked with this number only therefore its too important to take ownership within this month only so that 2nd Nov bill could be paid.
 
Your intervention in this regards will be highly applicable to maintain long terms relationship with Airtel.
