I lost my phone 23may 2020, after this I file complaint in nearest station ,then I talk to customer care to block the sim ,than they denied to block because the owner name is different in database but I really dont known how is it possible because I using this no. More than 6 year , It was registered by my name ,how I can changed , now I want to block the sim and get new sim with same number ,but I cant do it because of unknown name is registed with this name .
