I am Frustrated by the overly charged amount by Vodafone. It’s service, Net is poor. Earlier I was going on paying the bills without knowing that VAS could charge a huge amount. Through the bills I knew it and immediately stopped VAS. They immediately mailed me that my over payment of rs. 21,000+ is refunded,but the amount can’t be transferred to my bank account!
Recently in one billing cycle,July 1st to 31st July I was shocked to see the bill. They have charged rs. 27,000+ amount and deducted the previous amount due on them, and they have been sending me repeated messages to pay the rest of the amount (rs. 6000+)
Though I have requested them several times, they have not taken any action.
Again I Deactivated VAS on my number though I knew it was already deactivated.
Net service is not used by me, as its Signal is the worst. I rarely use Vodafone number to call anyone.
